Photographer Steve Borelli and Kathy “Hozhoni” Watson (oils/acrylics) offering their original artwork for lease or lease-to-buy. Sizes range from intimate 7” inches to 7 feet long ‘walk in’ scenes. We have an assortment of styles and themes including Landscape, Floral, Lifestyle, Abstract and Modern Art. All pieces are created and signed by the original artist.

We will give you design consultation for your specific needs FREE of charge and create an atmosphere that your guests or clients will enjoy.

*  If you wish to purchase a piece in which you are currently renting, we will deduct the first 3 months rents from the purchase price.

  * We offer artwork to everyone. Borelli/Hozhoni has over 20 years of professional art experience.

  *  Employees wishing to buy artwork rented by their business or company may deduct those payments from the purchase price.

  *  Businesses are reminded that art rental expenses and purchases are tax deductable.

  *  Rental prices is approx. $5 a square foot.
